At DermeFlex, we are committed to helping men overcome breakouts, acne scars, and rough texture through simple, effective skincare tools. We stand by the performance of our products and recommend using them consistently for at least 14 days to allow visible improvements.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, contact us at Hello@dermiflex.com to begin the return process.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and changes may not be possible. If your cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident you’ll see results, which is why we offer a 60-day guarantee. Try your DermeFlex product for a minimum of 14 days, and if you're still not happy, you’re eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping fees, if applicable).

To request a return, email us at Hello@dermiflex.com or use the Contact Us form on our site. Please include your Order Number, or the Name and Email Address used at checkout to help us assist you faster.


Damaged Items

We thoroughly inspect all orders before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Hello@dermiflex.com with a clear photo of the damage.

If eligible, we’ll send you a free replacement. Please note: damage to packaging alone (e.g., dented box) is not considered a damaged product. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal use or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delays may occur due to courier or customs issues beyond our control. DermeFlex is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours, we are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund or replacement.
