DermeFlex Shipping Policy

At DermeFlex, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter where you are.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Processing begins once your order is placed and ends when it's handed off to our shipping carrier and in transit.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Once dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location. Typical transit times are as follows:

📦 USA: 5–9 business days
📦 Canada: 7–12 business days
📦 UK & Europe: 7–14 business days
📦 Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
📦 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note: Customs delays or seasonal demand may extend these times. We appreciate your patience!


Order Changes & Shipping Details

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Inaccurate or incomplete details may result in delays or cancellation.

If your address is flagged by our system, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm. If we don’t hear back, your order may be cancelled.

Found a mistake? Email us at Hello@dermiflex.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update your shipping info, but can’t guarantee changes after that timeframe.


Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events
  • Courier transit disruptions
  • Customs hold-ups
  • Address or payment issues

DermeFlex is not liable for delivery delays beyond our control, but we’ll always keep you informed and work with the courier to ensure the fastest possible delivery.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of our courier partners. In rare cases of a lost or stolen package, please:

  1. Contact your courier to file a claim.
  2. Email us at Hello@dermiflex.com and we’ll assist wherever we can.

While DermeFlex is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. In certain situations, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the circumstances.

If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report in addition to your claim with the courier.
